2. Non-Returnable Items

Used, scratched, or physically damaged items after delivery
Products damaged due to misuse, water damage, or electrical issues
Earbuds, neckbands, headphones, or personal-use gadgets once opened (for hygiene reasons)
Products without original box, invoice, or accessories
Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)
3. Return Process

Approved returns must be sent back to our address as instructed

Refunds are issued through:
Original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card, Bank)
Store credit (if preferred by the customer)
