1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The product has manufacturing defects covered under brand warranty

Important:

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, box, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, scratched, or physically damaged items after delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse, water damage, or electrical issues

  • Earbuds, neckbands, headphones, or personal-use gadgets once opened (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products without original box, invoice, or accessories

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email

  2. Provide your order number, product images, and issue details

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility

  4. Approved returns must be sent back to our address as instructed

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only after inspection and approval

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval

  • Refunds are issued through:

    • Original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card, Bank)

    • Store credit (if preferred by the customer)

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged products.

  • If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:

    • A refund or store credit

7. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the error is from Gadget Nest, we bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping cost must be paid by the customer

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
